To accommodate the architects vision of a modern and clean crisp look to the building while giving sizes that are robust and create impact. The material and product selected was 3500sqm. Sotech Bespoke Secret Fix rainscreen in Larson ACM.
The accommodation scheme required a series of elegant full height structural frames defined by tapered fins, plinths and parapets. To achieve this look, a bespoke system was required to allow for unusually large panels in excess of 6.0m long and 1.6m wide. The bespoke system also allowed a secret fixing detail while reducing shadow joint details. Sotech sourced bespoke coil widths to complete this look and the combination of material, system and finish helped the architect achieve the clean crisp and light look to the building.
