Positioned by Liverpool Lime Street train station, the £55m new-build student accommodation comprises of 1,085 bedrooms across two tower blocks of 21 and 19 storeys. The units are a mixture of cluster and studio flats with communal areas and ground floor retail space.
The project has been awarded BREEAM Excellent rating for its sustainable building design, development and management.
It has also been nominated winner of the RICS Social Impact Awards for the North West region for student accommodation.
