Hyde Park Hayes, is a modern business park located in West London office market area. The five-story building contains 13880sqm of office floor space, together with 140 car parking spaces at surface and basement area.
The system and finish were chosen as the architect wanted a clean look with a crisp white appearance to compliment the glass façade and the white ACM from the Larson range gives the rainscreen with a clean, modern appearance.
The new building expanded the office capacity for the tenant Rackspace Ltd – a leading global IT services company.
