Sotech were engaged by Keyclad to produce approximately 2000sqm of rainscreen cladding, finished in PPC Ral: 7048, 7022, 7039, 1018, 9005 for the landmark Pullman Hotel on Liverpool’s waterfront.
The integrated 216 room four-star hotel is Pullman’s first new-build in the UK and also its first hotel outside London.
The Hotel features an off-set, rectangular ‘tube’ design, which includes extensive glazing and a spacious double height atrium at its lower levels. The nine-storey concrete frame building features a guest gym, with ground floor reception, bar and restaurant plus meeting space located at first floor level.
To create the long horizontal lines you can see, we developed a bespoke system for the project which involved horizontal rails to support a horizontal panel system.
This was another very successful project with Keyclad, with whom we have a very successful relationship.
