Claire Ryan, Marketing Manager at Sotech, said:

“Having four projects shortlisted in this year’s Façade Awards is a fantastic achievement for everyone at Sotech. Every nomination reflects months – and in some cases years of collaboration between our specification, technical, operations and manufacturing teams, alongside the architects, contractors, installers and clients who place their trust in us. Thank you everyone and well done!”

The recognition marks another significant milestone for Sotech and reinforces the company’s reputation for delivering technically complex façade systems on projects of every scale, across the UK and beyond.

While every project presented its own unique challenges, they all share the same principles that underpin every Sotech façade: engineering excellence, collaborative working and meticulous attention to detail.

From delivering one of the UK’s largest occupied residential refurbishment programmes, to engineering bespoke façade solutions for Europe’s tallest purpose-built student accommodation, the shortlisted projects demonstrate Sotech’s ability to deliver technically demanding façade packages at every scale.

Harry Tamplin, Architectural Facade Manager at Sotech, said:

“We’re incredibly proud to see such a diverse range of projects recognised. Each one presented its own unique challenges, but they all demonstrate what can be achieved through strong partnerships, technical expertise and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional façades. We’d like to congratulate everyone involved and wish all of this year’s finalists the very best of luck.”

As the industry continues to demand increasingly complex façade solutions, these four shortlisted projects demonstrate Sotech’s commitment to delivering engineering excellence, collaborative project support and details at scale.
