Sotech were engaged by McMullen Facades to produce over 4000m2 of 3mm Aluminium J57S Anodised Anolok 545 panels in the development of the new £10.5 million high-rise residential development on Elephant Road, London.
Formerly known as Tribeca Square, the new 23-storey development features a complete vertical envelope using a unitised system with bolt-on balconies, brise soleil and feature aluminium cladding.
Sotech has contributed significantly to the ‘fast track’ installation process, delivering most of the external facade works for the striking 23 storey tall tower within just 23 weeks, by manufacturing the panels off-site.
As an important part of the wider regeneration of Elephant & Castle, the development will also include a supermarket, cinema, retail and restaurants units and is part of London’s bid to improve the environmental performance of buildings.
