Sotech provide FC hook on rainscreen for Riverside Heights blocks 1 and 2

Installed by Drytech Facades, Riverside Heights is a residential project based in Norwich. Part of the ongoing regeneration of the Norwich Riverside area, the development now provides sustainable, high-density but high-quality housing with more than 300 dwellings, built in 5 phases along the river bank.

Sotech provided our Optima FC hook on panel system for blocks 1 and 2 of the project, and are about to start working on blocks 3 and 4.

The rainscreen system used on Riverside Heights was manufactured in Larson ACM, which is an extremely versatile, durable and efficient material, with an anodic brushed high gloss finish to give the building a bright, reflective appearance.

Sotech Optima FC hook on Rainscreen is a fully independently tested and accredited system to CWCT standards and fully compliant to NHBC standards as required on this residential project.
