The refurbishment of this 1970’s city centre office and retail development involved the incorporation of a new air flow extraction system which in turn necessitated the removal of unsightly surface mounted louvre panels.
Following extensive design detailing with the architects, Sotech designed and manufactured bespoke bronze anodised Optima TFC cassette panels and anodised Optima FC secret-fix panels to add the desired aesthetic and performance requirements to the main elevation.
