Jamie Brown, Business Development Manager of Sotech said: “Recladding a building to ensure it is A1 rated also provides an opportunity to update the look and feel of the building. Pre-coat material is very durable, providing a long-lasting solution for building elements. It will also result in reduced maintenance costs and longer life span for the structure.”
Sotech is proud to have a full range of A1 and A2 materials available, and is able to offer true A1 systems, complete with mechanical fixings in place of adhesive. You can find out more about the options available using our quick reference guide to fire testing.
