Work is progressing well at Ferry Lane in Walthamstow. 25,000sqm of Extruded Aluminium rainscreen cladding is being added to the Legal & General flagship ‘Build to Rent’ development with OCL Facades.
OCL Facades are carrying out the Metsec, Curtain Walling and the Sotech Bespoke Aluminium Cladding & Window installation package.
This exciting project regenerates the former Ferry Lane Industrial Site along Walthamstow’s High Maynard Reservoir, into an environmentally-sensitive, high-quality and sustainable Build to Rent development.
