SOTECH is a rainscreen cladding and architectural fabrication firm based on Peterlee Business Park.
We work with all our clients to formulate a number of potential solutions manufacturing to their requirements in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium for structural, functional or decorative applications.
The company has customers across the country with its products being used to clad the outside of buildings including student accommodation, retail units, leisure facilities – such as indoor ski slopes, cinemas, and restaurants, car parks, railway stations, hotels and galleries.
Others include supermarkets, schools, colleges, residential developments, and hospitals.
Sotech’s work and Optima products can be seen around the UK, including at North East locations such as BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, The Sage Gateshead, Science Central and Middlesbrough College.
Other locations where Sotech has made a mark are the Crossrail Canary Wharf building in London, Hull Royal Infirmary, Riverside Heights residential complex in Norwich, The Ginnell Travelodge, in Harrogate, The Elements Almondvale Shopping Centre in Livingstone, and the ASDA multi-storey car park in Weymouth.
