It was fantastic to visit Norton Street, in Liverpool, last week to check on the progress of the brand new student accommodation scheme. Sotech is proud to be supplying Optima TFC rainscreen cladding in Reynolux Precoat.
The Norton Street project, which includes the construction of three blocks of eight, 11 and 15 storeys will house 783 beds and include social areas, gym, laundry and ground floor retail units. The scheme is conveniently located 400 metres from both the Liverpool John Moores University and The University of Liverpool campuses.
