[Work in progress] Ferry Lane, Walthamstow

Work at Ferry Lane in Walthamstow is progressing well, with 25,000sqm of Extruded Aluminium rainscreen cladding being added to the Legal & General flagship ‘Build to Rent’ development.

OCL Facades are carrying out the Metsec, Curtain Walling and Window package along with the installation of Sotech Bespoke Aluminium Cladding.

This exciting project regenerates the former Ferry Lane Industrial Site along Walthamstow’s High Maynard Reservoir, into an environmentally-sensitive, high-quality and sustainable Build to Rent development.
