The cost effective rainscreen solution requires discreet colour match wafer head fixings in the horizontal panel recesses.

Accurate installation is both simple and speedy as there is no precise coordination between panel and substructure as there would be with a hook on system.

Inspection or damaged panel removal is possible by loosening adjacent panels.

Independently tested, fully compliant and certified by CWCT.

Fully compliant to NHBC technical requirements.

Shows 20mm standard joint between panels. Joint size can vary but 15mm minimum.

Optima HC has been developed as an economical alternative to a complete secret fix rainscreen.

Whilst being the most economical rainscreen solution, requiring discreet fixings in the horizontal panel recess, the engineering of the system retains the benefits of a drained and ventilated façade. Superior manufacturing techniques ensure there will be no build-up of metal thicknesses at the cruciform joint.

The system has been independently tested and certified to meet CWCT rigorous specification for rainscreen cladding.

This drained and ventilated system consists of a baffle-jointed series of panels that creates a weather shield in front of a primary structure.

Optima HC is engineered to seamlessly integrate with all other building façade elements such as windows, doors and louvres. All fixings used in the systems are stainless steel.

Varying lengths of hands free brackets together with angles and tee profiles allows adjustability in all planes to line and level cladding zones from 110mm above insulation thickness to a maximum of 320mm.

Panels are fixed using wafer head, self-tapping stainless steel screws through pre-punched holes.

Ventilation zone behind panels often has to exceed CWCT minimum requirements to accommodate structural rails.

Substructure for Rainscreen fitted to Sips or Insulated Panels

Panels can be fixed to a simple top hat or timber baton of minimum 38mm depth to create ventilation with a cladding zone as shallow as 90mm.

System allows ventilation zone to be minimum stipulated by CWCT.

Panels are fixed using wafer head, self-tapping stanless steel screws through pre-punched holes.
