Winner of the ‘Best use of a Rainscreen System Using Aluminium’ at the 2024 Facade Awards, The Stage has established itself as an iconic project in Shoreditch, London.
Working in collaboration with Alliance Facade Services Ltd, Optima XPC system was used due to its durability and aesthetic impact. Showcasing a great mix of materials to create a unique visual appearance, it’s no wonder The Stage won the prestigious award.
The Stage is a 540,000 sq ft mixed-use development in the heart of London, with the 37-storey residential tower including 412 contemporary apartments, a luxury sky terrace, and a state-of-the-art underground arcade, alongside two office buildings offering 25,000m² of workspace.
The complex also features a theatre and 4,500m² of retail and dining space, creating a vibrant 2.5-acre hub for residents and visitors alike.
