Sotech’s extensive portfolio in the residential sector has recently been expanded with our work on the Bellway Homes project, Chrisp Street, located in Poplar, London’s East End.
Installed by BR Hodgson, the Chrisp Street project is one of many developments taking place in the area, including the renovation of the iconic Chrisp Street market square, complete with retail, leisure and health facilities.
Sotech provided a bespoke, unique system of our Through Fix Cassette TFC rainscreen to installers BR Hodgson for this build. Created in floor to floor panels for a block of high quality apartments, the TFC rainscreen used was finished in polyester powder coat, designed specifically to enable the architect to achieve their desired colour scheme.
This revolution of the residential properties available in the Chrisp Street area, as well as the other commercial developments, are making this part of the East End an exciting emerging destination in London.
