Work is well underway to add 25,000sqm of Extruded Aluminium rainscreen cladding to Ferry Lane in Walthamstow.
We are very proud to be involved in Legal & Generals flagship ‘Build to Rent’ development with OCL Facades, who will be carrying out the Metsec, Curtain Walling and the Sotech Bespoke Aluminium Cladding & Window installation package.
This exciting project regenerates the former Ferry Lane Industrial Site along Walthamstow’s High Maynard Reservoir, into an environmentally-sensitive, high-quality and sustainable Build to Rent development.
Project specific CWCT testing was completed as part of this project. If you have a design in mind for a new project, please contact us as early as you can in the process.
