Sotech were engaged by Keyclad to produce over 2000 square meters of rainscreen cladding for St Vincent Plaza in Glasgow, an outstanding new development comprising 172,000 sq ft of exceptional Grade A office space with panoramic views.
Located in the heart of the City on St Vincent Street, Glasgow’s premier business location, this highly specified BREEAM EPC ‘B’ rated building provides flexible offices space on a high profile site.
Sotech’s Optima TFC Rainscreen system in 3.0mm aluminium 3103 grade was selected for the project, finished in polyester powder coated, RAL 9006 & 9007 & Rimex Stainless Steel Rosy Gold.
